About Us
The Wyoming All-State Marching Band was established in 1990 by Dave and Dawn Bellis. After training students that summer, the band made its debut in the Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1, 1991. Since then, it has been assembled fourteen more times and is now led by Executive Director Brent Rose.
