It is with great excitement that we announce that the Wyoming All-State Marching Band will be traveling in 2026! The WASMB will be traveling to the islands of Hawaii to perform in the 2026 Hawaii Kai Holiday Parade in beautiful Honolulu.

WHERE ARE WE GOING?

Honolulu, Hawaii. The band will be performing on Friday, November 27th, 2026 in the Hawaii Kai Holiday Parade over Thanksgiving Break. While in Hawaii, the band will visit the famous Polynesian Cultural Center, concluding with attendance at one of the best shows on the island, the “HA, the Breath of Life”. The Band will then visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial and the USS Arizona Memorial including a performance at the USS Missouri Battleship. The students will then visit the East Shore and visit Circle Island and Diamonhead, Hawaii’s most famous landmark. The group will then have a Hawaiian Beach Bash at Secret Island. The trip will also include plenty of shopping, sun, and beach time.

WHEN ARE WE GOING?

November 23-28, 2026. Thanksgiving Vacation will be spent in Hawaii in 2026. The members of the WASMB will fulfill their summer parade commitments in July during summer (2026). Summer parade, camp details/location, and pre-trip events will be announced at a later date.

WHO IS GOING?

Eligible students include the graduating class of 2027, 2028, 2029, and  2030. In order to be eligible for the WASMB, students mut be a member in good standing of their high school band. They must be registered for band both at the time of registration and at the time of the trip.

CAN FAMILY MEMBERS ATTEND?

As with all WASMB events, we will be offering a guest package. You can book your trip and travel to Hawaii as well attending events and watching the students perform in the Hawaii Kai Holiday Parade. 

WHAT IS MY COMMITMENT?

There is a summer commitment in order to participate in the trip and the parade. All members of the WASMB must participate in the following summer activities:

Training Camp – June – Date and Location TBA
Cody Stampede Parade, Cody, WY Early July, 2026
Sheridan WYO Rodeo Parade – Mid July, 2026
Cheyenne Frontier Days Parade – Late July, 2026

WHAT IS THE TRIP COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
